Editorial Policy
•We accept submissions on a rolling basis. Upon receipt, each manuscript undergoes a comprehensive double-blind review process to ensure impartial evaluation based solely on the quality of the content. During this period, the manuscript must not be submitted to any other platform for consideration or publication. By submitting a manuscript to Kautilya Society, RGNUL, the author(s) consent to its publication on the Kautilya Society, RGNUL Blog.
•The review process consists of two rounds of double-blind peer review conducted by the Blog Editors. Each review may take up to 15 days, although we endeavour to respond to authors within a week of submission.
•If a manuscript is selected for publication, the authors are expected to make necessary revisions and address comments at each stage in good faith. Authors should also cooperate with minor editorial changes that may be required even after submission of the edited manuscript.
•Editorial decisions are based solely on the review of the final manuscript submitted by the author(s). After the initial review, manuscripts may be returned with substantive or stylistic suggestions, and final acceptance is contingent upon their satisfactory incorporation.
•The Board of Editors retains complete and final discretion over the acceptance or rejection of manuscripts and will not entertain requests for advance opinions on abstracts, outlines, or topic proposals. Given the high volume of submissions, the Editors may not be able to provide individual feedback on rejected manuscripts.
